COURSES + WORKSHOPS

Want to learn to crochet? Or perhaps you already know the basic stitches, and you want to try your hand at creating beautiful accessories, garments that are both functional and stylish, or even cute homewear. Whatever your interest, we run courses and workshops throughout the year to suit different skills as well as budgets.

Most of our courses and workshops are held at our cozy studio in central Lund, a stone’s throw from the train station. Group sizes are limited to 4-8 people to ensure a relaxed atmosphere where you get plenty of individual guidance. 

We think that as many people as possible should get the chance to take part in our courses and workshops, so we try hard to make them financially accessible while still making sure we can pay the bills. Discounts apply if you’re retired, disabled, on sick leave, a refugee, unemployed, or a student. We also run events at lower price points by, for example, asking participants to supply their own materials and forgo refreshments.

A few times a year we also hold 6-8 week courses at Medborgarskolan in Lund, covering a range of crochet-related topics and techniques. Registration is through the Medborgarskolan website. 

If casual is more your thing, we have craft meet-ups every third Saturday of the month at our studio, where you can work on your project while you sit, chat, drink a cup of hot something. You can take any project with you, from crochet to embroidery to coloring books, and all levels of experience are welcome Keep an eye on our blog, newsletter, or our social media channels for the latest schedule.

Finally, we also offer private lessons as well as Crochet / Knit SOS sessions. Basically, if you’re stuck with your project, thanks to our years of experience we will probably be able to get you unstuck. Both lessons and SOS sessions are billed in slots of 20 minutes, so you don’t need to commit to a full hour if you don't want to. Contact us for more information.
