Hildur Crochet Sweater

Hildur Crochet Sweater

SEK 95.00

Hildur is a comfortable yet stylish everyday sweater. It features a wide body, boat-neck and carefully shaped, cropped sleeves. Best of all, thanks to the loose gauge it can be made in a range of fibres, so pick what suits you / the season / your body / your budget.

CONSTRUCTION
Hildur is worked flat in two identical panels and seamed together. Stitches are then picked up along the neckline and sleeve edges, onto which a rolled edge can be knitted or crocheted to provide a neat finish (pattern includes instructions for both).

SIZES 1 (2, 3, 4, 5)
Finished bust circumference 102 (112, 121, 133, 142) cm / 40 (44, 48, 52, 56)“
Hildur is intended to be loose-fitting and worn with around 10-15cm positive ease.
Shown in size 1 and worn with 15cm positive ease.

YARN ALTERNATIVES
This design is very versatile and can be made in almost any fibre ranging from lace to worsted weight. Each will of course result in a different look and drape, but what matters is that gauge is met. Play around with different fibres, either on their own or held together, and swatch with several hook sizes to see what you like best.
